I'm happy to say that I found this book to be very well done. Between the simple, step-by-step text and the plethora of photographic illustrations it can work as a do-it-yourself guide and/or as a prep for class participation. Young or old(er) alike, it's certainly an excellent introduction to a worthwhile program for improving your body , mind and spirit. Works for those who prefer a solitary practice and for those who would want to move towards group work.
