Human Resource Development, 1992 - 267 páginas
University level text. Some complex problems simply do not have "solutions." The key to being an effective leader is being able to recognize and manage such problems. Polarity Management presents a unique model and set of principles that will challenge you to look at situations in new ways. This is an awesome book for me because I'm a coach and I specialise coaching teams, leaders, high performers and people interested in dealing with the fears and issues that impact on their happiness. This book has some great ideas and tools that I know work because I've been using them with my clients. I can't rate it enough for helping you to see that not all things have a solution and that they can still be managed and you can feel better about situations in any aspect of your life.
