This is an awesome book for me because I'm a coach and I specialise coaching teams, leaders, high performers and people interested in dealing with the fears and issues that impact on their happiness. This book has some great ideas and tools that I know work because I've been using them with my clients. I can't rate it enough for helping you to see that not all things have a solution and that they can still be managed and you can feel better about situations in any aspect of your life.
