Raymond Robert "Bob" Fischer, author of The Ways of The Way, has lived in Tiberias, Israel since emigrating in 1992. Bob is a born-again Jew and his wife, Donna, is married into the covenant. Bob holds a master's degree and a doctorate of humane letters from Faith Evangelical Seminary. Bob is the director of The Olim Fund of the Land of Israel, an Israeli charity providing emergency survival assistance for Jewish immigrants.
