English-14. Soth. 3-25-25 11563 PREFACE THE present edition of Poems both English and Latin is a reprint, as near to facsimile as the resources of the Press allow, of the edition of 1645. It was set up from rotographs of the Bodleian copy, and the proofs were compared with the three copies in the British Museum. The comparison revealed no differences, except that the British Museum copy G18844 has in the imprint of the first title-page not S. Pauls but Pauls.
